Hi cavers and bat lovers,
My name is Barry Duncan and I would like to take a few minutes
to introduce myself and the cavers connection website to you. I
am an active caver and a lifetime member of the National Speleological
Society. I am also a member of the York, Huntingdon County Cave
Hunters, Loyalhanna, Nittany, Franklin County and Tri-State Grottos.
After 7 years in the bat goods business and traveling to conventions
such as oldtimers reunion, sera cave carnival, National speleological
society convention, tag, we are now offering our products on line.

We do not accept phone orders at this time, but if you need information,
you are welcome to call and leave a message on our recorder and
we will call you back. Please state the best time to call you. Our

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS
At this time we are accepting Visa and Mastercard through PAYPAL
only or you can send us a check or money order through the mail.
Personal checks must clear the bank before orders are shipped. We
ship only within the United States and all orders will be shipped
UPS or Parcel Post. Checks should be made out to CAVERS CONNECTION

RETURNS
If you want to return any product that you purchased from us, please
insure it and send it back to us within 15 days undamaged and we
will refund your money (except shipping charges). Please e-mail
us before you send the product back. Give your reason for the
return so we can use the information to improve our products.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders shipped in the United States should arrive within 3-5 business
days. At this time, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaiian
Islands or any other International country. Any orders purchased
by check must include shipping charges below. IF YOU ARE PURCHASING
ITEMS FROM PENNSYLVANIA, YOU MUST INCLUDE 6% SALE TAX FOR ITEMS
OTHER THAN CLOTHING.
